Berry Protein Smoothie

With the return of sunny days, we all need to stock up on vitamins 🍓✨ 🤍
In addition to being the perfect ally for your comforting hot drinks, YOFI is also ideal for preparing delicious, creamy smoothies.
Today, we're sharing a recipe for a protein smoothie with red fruits, perfect if you're an athlete or simply looking for a nourishing snack 😋
For a large glass:
- 150g of frozen mixed red fruits
- 1 banana
- 200ml of YOFI Rice & Chickpea drink
- 30g of vegetable protein powder (we love the red fruit one from our friends at syncprotein )
Simply blend all the ingredients together, or use an immersion blender, until you get a smooth and creamy texture 😌
