Born in France, inspired elsewhere
Yofi is, above all, the story of Ben, a food and planet enthusiast, who decided to go plant-based... but quickly realized that in France, finding good alternatives to milk was a real challenge!
Inspired by what he had discovered in the United States, he took on a somewhat crazy challenge: to create plant-based drinks that were ultra-gourmet, high-quality and environmentally friendly.
