Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte - YOFI

Who wants an ultra-frothy iced pumpkin latte? 🎃🍂✨

Recipe for a large glass:
  • 1 espresso (80ml)
  • 50g pumpkin puree
  • 250ml of Yofi Oats & Chickpeas
  • 2 handfuls of ice cubes

Prepare the syrup (for several servings):
Heat 75g of brown sugar, 1 tsp of cinnamon & nutmeg with 100ml of water over medium heat for 15 min, until thickened.

Prepare the latte:
Mix the pumpkin puree with 150ml of Yofi and a tablespoon of syrup.
Foam 100ml of Yofi with a milk frother.

Assemble: start with a little syrup, then ice cubes, add the pumpkin milk, the frothed milk, then finish with the espresso ☕️
